IN AMERICA we only call caramel apples and toffy apples by that name if
thats what theyre made with as its not hard. but we call candy apple that
because the shell is hard. candy apples r the most fun.?

.. you can definitely keep them in the refrigerator. This makes about 5
apples, so you’d have to make about 6 batches 🙂
