Never was into tattoos, so looking like a tattoo fan sounds like one idea for Halloween, if the temporary ones are easy to take off for the next day. Or, does it get into the clothes?

I was wondering. My daughter wanted to be Cleopatra for Halloween. Her hair is the right length and I was trying to decide between a wig (she is 7 and I thought it might be itchy and not stay on so well) and the colored hair spray that is sold at walmart and such.
Her hair is a dark blonde. I know that the semipermanent haircolor in black doesn’t wash out very well, so was kind of afraid of the black hair spray. Has anyone used it? How easily does it come out?

I’ve tried to make freestanding Halloween creatures, but it dosen’t work. How do you make them?

I live in a huge apartment complex where kids go around trick-or-treating, so I want to decorate my balcony and front door with spider webs, orange and black lights, and other Halloween-y things.

My sister said October 1st is okay to start decorating, but I think that’s still early. What do you think?
